The driving force behind my design choices for Angel was
to capture the essence of joyful indulgence that finger food represents. By infusing the brand with an inviting and carefree atmosphere, I aimed to create an experience that resonates deeply with both food enthusiasts and seekers of delightful moments. Through strategic visual elements, I sought to communicate the restaurant's spirit and offer patrons a taste of unforgettable experiences.
The Problem
Emerging as a beacon of flavor, Angel, the contemporary finger food haven, yearned for an identity that encapsulated its offerings while conjuring an irresistible invitation.
The challenge was to design a visual narrative that seamlessly fused the tactile joy of finger food with an atmosphere brimming with approachability and delight.
The Solution
My solutions extended beyond the logo to encompass the entirety of Angel's brand identity.
The logo, depicting a small sandwich skewered on a toothpick, was meticulously designed to encapsulate the concept of finger food and exude a friendly, carefree vibe. The font choice, Coniferous Black, infused the identity with a script that marries boldness with rounded charm, reflecting the restaurant's ethos.
Coniferous Black
A script font that not only echoes the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere but also emphasizes the bold flavors it serves. This typography bridges the gap between tradition and modernity, reflecting Angel's blend of comfort and innovation.
The color palette of dark orange (#F44E19) and light orange (#F49819) was deliberately chosen to echo the warmth of flavors and the radiance of a satisfying dining experience. The interplay of these hues signifies a fusion of taste and ambiance, encapsulating Angel's spirit.
