My venture into designing the logo and packaging for "Colosseo" stemmed from the desire to encapsulate the timeless allure and majesty of Rome within an eau de toilette. The objective was to transform the essence of this historic city into a tangible experience, weaving its grandeur into a fragrance that speaks to the senses.
The Problem
Translating Rome's architectural magnificence and cultural richness into a visual identity was a challenge.
I aimed to distill the monumental Colosseum, a quintessential symbol of Rome, into a logo that not only captured its essence but also resonated with the fragrance's allure.
The Solution
My solution was to forge a logo and packaging design that echoed the elegance and grandeur of Rome's iconic Colosseum.
The logo, adorned with three bows that mirror the Colosseum's distinctive arches, encapsulated the essence of this historic structure. This symbol not only harkened back to the Colosseum's most iconic feature but also intertwined with the fragrance's identity.

The Rigatoni Regular font was chosen to elegantly echo the Colosseo project's essence. Its condensed form mirrors the Colosseum's arches, and its serifs evoke historic refinement. Rigatoni Regular seamlessly aligns typography with the fragrance, embodying Rome's grandeur and artistic finesse.
The chosen color palette played a pivotal role in embodying the fragrance's essence. Dark green evoked the lush landscapes of Rome, while the gentle light yellow hinted at the sun's warm embrace on ancient stone. This combination not only resonated with the Coliseum's surroundings but also established a visual connection between the fragrance and the city's splendor.
